Day passes for our hot spring pools, outdoor swimming pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi tub, dry sauna, and steam room are available 7 days a week. $50 per person on Tuesday and Wednesdays until March 31, 2025. Regular Day Pass rates apply Thursday – Monday for $75 per person .

To inquire if there are still day passes available before driving down, please call the spa directly at 519- 941-8111 ex. 525357. They can be purchased on a first-come, first-serve basis in person at Millcroft Spa and cannot be booked in advance.

Day pass guests are welcome to enjoy the Spa amenities from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and will receive a locker in the upstairs changeroom with robe, towel and complimentary sandals.

No holds will be done over the phone and they must be purchased in person at the desk to secure your spot, even if accompanying someone with a service booked as capacity is limited. Black-out dates do apply for Holidays and peak times. Day pass fee is waived for hotel guests and guests who have spa treatments at the Millcroft Spa.

Our spa provides and focuses on result driven facials and skincare products, we proudly offer Babor Skincare, a German, Bio-Medical skincare line, that believes strongly in sustainability and clean beauty. We also offer Glo Skin Beauty that provides medical grade peels in their facial results without the downtime. Kindly note, our facials do not include manual extractions as such practices can traumatize the skin. We rely instead on high quality products to deeply cleanse pores and bring blockages to the surface for a beautiful, non-invasive result.

Guests that have received cosmeceutical treatments (i.e. Botox, fillers), are advised wait a 2 week recovery period before having a facial treatment.

If your needs are hydration, detox or nourishment, this treatment will revitalize and soften your feet or hands. Not available in our glow up express facial.

Perfect addition to any facial massage, which will de-puff and firm the skin by promoting circulation within the muscle tissue. Will also reduce any visible redness or irritation on the surface of the skin.

A traditional Chinese-healing method which promotes lymphatic drainage.

This facial enhancement utilizes LED light therapy and can be personalized to your skin goals to compliment the results of your facial.

Please arrive with nails free from shellac, acrylic, or gel polish.  A 25 Minute soak off appointment ($15 – 20 additional cost) is required to remove shellac and must be booked in advance.  We can not add it at the time of services as this would delay the next scheduled appointment.  Our spa is not equipped with a Dremel tool therefore, we are not able to remove gel and acrylic nails.

Our hands can often give away our age, turn back the hands of time with this manicure reducing fine lines, age spots while firming the skin with a decadent peel and mask to the backs of the hands.

Shellac Polish can be added to any Manicure or Pedicure for an additional $10.

If you’ve encountered an athletic injury, you’re tense from leaning over a desk all day or your body just does not feel at its peak, a deep tissue massage is a great option to relieve stiffness. We focus on realigning the deeper layers of your muscles and connective tissue to reduce chronic aches and pains. Performed by a Registered Massage Therapist and includes an insurance receipt. Provided by male and female therapists.

As Millcroft Spa focuses on skincare and holistic therapy we employ only a small number of Registered Massage Therapists (RMT’s) and this type of service availability will be limited. If you need an insurance receipt you must book a massage indicated as an “RMT” treatment at the time of booking. Alternatively if you do not require an insurance receipt for benefits purposes a relaxation massage with our Holistic practitioners will be offered instead. An insurance receipt cannot be provided by a Holistic practitioner. 80-minute massages are only available Monday – Friday. We have both male and female therapists, at the time of booking however same day changes are not permitted.
