Cannery Restaurant has a relaxed, informal atmosphere in which to savour Chef Randy Dupuis’s menu of perfectly grilled steaks, fresh seafood and local Niagara favourites.

The heart of our restaurant is the hearth; a classic brick pizza oven where we make thin-crust pizza. The hearth is also a serving station during breakfast when it's an omelet bar and at lunchtime when it’s a pasta bar.

Vintages Wine Bar and Lounge is inviting enough to relax in any time of day or night with a glass of wine or a single-malt scotch, offering a menu of classic pub fare.

We also encourage guests to enjoy our poolside patio for dining among the blooms or under the evening stars.
