Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to prepare for your spa experience. We invite you to enjoy our saltwater pools, hot springs (at 100 Fountain Spa) sauna, steam room, whirlpool, or relax with a beverage in the spa lounge.
You will be provided with a robe, a pair of slippers and a secure space to store your belongings upon arrival. You are advised to leave your valuables at home as the spa can not assume responsibility for lost or misplaced items.
We ask all guests to complete a mandatory health form on arrival so that our therapists can prepare your experience and offer expertise tailored to your needs. Please advise us at time of booking of any relevant health conditions. Please inform agent if you require an insurance receipt when reserving your appointment. Health claim receipts may be issued. Please advise if you are paying with a gift certificate so we may indicate this on the receipt.
For the comfort of others, please refrain from using your cell phone. Your cooperation in providing a tranquil environment is greatly appreciated.
In order to preserve the peaceful environment of our Spas, we are an adult only facility.
Both male and female professionally trained service providers perform all of our body treatments.
Fitness Facilities and water therapies are all complimentary with your Spa treatment booking and/or hotel room reservations. Others may purchase a day pass for $25.00 per adult, and $15.00 per child. Please plan to spend the day with us.
To cancel or modify your individual appointment we require 48 hours notice so as to avoid any penalties or fees. After 48 hours, full service fees will be charged. Group cancellation policy varies based upon size of group. Please note that we require 7 days notice for cancellation of bookings for 7 or more treatments, or full charges apply.
Please note that treatment times are approximate in length. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. All our prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change. Treatments are subject to availability.
Should you wish to leave a gratuity, we will happily provide you with an envelope at our reception desk or we can simply add it to your bill upon request.
