Blueberry Lemon Drop
Ingredients:
10 – 15 Blueberries
White sugar
½ oz Simple syrup
Cup of ice
1 oz Absolut vodka
1oz Limoncello
1oz Orange liqueur (ie. Cointreau or triple sec)
1 ½ oz Lemon juice
Method:
- Rim a martini glass with white sugar.
- Add 10 – 15 blueberries to a cocktail shaker.
- Add the half simple syrup and muddle until all juice is out of the blueberries.
- Add 1 ½ oz lemon juice.
- Add vodka, limoncello and Cointreau.
- Add ice.
- Cover shaker and vigorously shake all ingredients.
- Put on strainer and strain all liquid into the martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a couple of fresh blueberries.
