Inn On The Twenty’s Icewine Martini

Prepare to toast the Icewine season in Niagara wine country! Savor the exquisite flavors of an Icewine martini, perfectly balanced with the sweetness of Cave Spring Vineyard Icewine. Cheers to January’s Icewine festivities!

Icewine Martini

Ingredients:

2 oz Dillion’s vodka
2 oz Cave Spring Riesling Icewine
Frozen grape

Method:

  1. Chill a martini glass with cup of ice and cold water.
  2. Add the vodka and Icewine to a cocktail shaker with a cup of ice.
  3. Shake for 20 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a frozen grape.
