- When do we discuss the final details of our function?
Once the meeting has been confirmed with Queen’s Landing, you will be partnered with one of our on-site Conference Services Managers. These amazing managers will outline all the important details and work closely with you to ensure that your event is executed perfectly.
- What is the room rental cost?
Queen’s Landing offers a competitive complete meeting package that includes your main plenary room rental. Please contact our Meetings and Events Sales Team for rental rates for our location.
- What size meeting rooms are available?
Queen’s Landing offers elegant spaces for gala events, corporate gatherings, and convenient meeting rooms. Confidently host your meetings in our boardrooms that fit up to 14 attendees. Small meetings and breakout rooms are available to collaborate, hosting up to 50 attendees. Enhance your next corporate gathering or gala event in our large conference areas which can host up to 420 attendees. You can review the floor plans of Queen’s Landing to select the room for your specific needs.
- Do I have to leave a deposit to book a function room?
To confirm your event at Queen’s Landing, a 30% deposit is required.
- Can we put a room on hold until we make a decision?
The only way to reserve your event with Queen’s Landing is with a signed agreement.
- Who will be the contact from the Hotel on the day of our Corporate event?
You will be partnered with a dedicated Conference Services Manager. The Manager and our conference operations team will be on-site during your event to ensure it is executed flawlessly.
- What alternative meals do you provide for people with allergies or for vegetarians?
The chefs at Queen’s Landing are pleased to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. Many of our menus include selections for common dietary restrictions. Separate meals can be created upon request.
- Do you allow outside catering on premises?
Our amazing culinary team at Queen’s Landing is happy to provide all catering on our premises. To ensure all food provided in our event spaces are to Queen’s Landing’s standards, we do not allow outside catering.
- Where can corporate attendees stay during an event?
Queen’s Landing is pleased to provide overnight accommodations on-site at a reduced corporate rate.
- What amenities are onsite for attendees?
During their free time, your attendees can enjoy many of Queen’s Landing amenities. Dine while overlooking the Niagara River at Tiara Restaurant or enjoy home-cooked favourites at Bacchus Lounge. Retreat to the indoor pool and relax in the cedar sauna or steam room to refresh from the day. Visit many of the charming boutiques located on Heritage Downtown Main Street.
