What is a Pop-Up Wedding?

A pop-up wedding is a prearranged, all-inclusive wedding package designed for small, intimate weddings. Instead of planning the wedding yourself, our wedding planner will handle all the logistics, including hiring vendors and creating a beautiful ceremony space. Once you book, all you need to do is show up on your wedding day. It’s that easy!

Ready for a dreamy wedding day without the headache? In collaboration with Vintage Hotels, Bella Terra Vineyards is offering exclusive pop-up elopement packages that include everything you need to celebrate your big day in style, without the fuss of wedding planning or the expense of a lengthy reception.

As part of your pop-up marriage package, you’ll reserve a two-hour time slot at Bella Terra’s breathtaking vineyards for your wedding, and we’ll take care of everything, from flowers to photography to the wedding cake. You’ll never worry about planning or arrangements with our expert team.

What You Can Expect from Our Pop-Up Wedding Team

Our experienced wedding planner will work with you to create the wedding day you’ve always wanted, and a day-of coordinator will be with you onsite to ensure everything goes smoothly. Our base pop-up elopement package can accommodate up to 8 guests, but you may invite up to 40 guests at an additional cost.

A Fabulous Location

The striking vineyards at Bella Terra Vineyards make for an idyllic setting for any wedding. Stage your ceremony at the edge of the vineyard pond, looking out onto its sparkling waters with the lush splendour of the vines as your unforgettable backdrop. You won’t find a more beautiful setting anywhere in Ontario!

Stunning Florals

Floral arrangements for your ceremony will be provided by our in-house florist, Clippings Floral Design. Clippings Floral Design will decorate a floral arbour in the vineyard and set up small cruiser table florals for your special day. Your wedding planner will consult with you to choose arrangements you love.

Photos to Last a Lifetime

Our professional photographer will be onsite for the ceremony, plus a 30-minute photo session following the festivities. You’ll receive 20 edited digital images to cherish for the rest of your lives together.

Toast to the Future

After the ceremony, join your guests under the tented Pondview Terrace for canapes and sparkling champagne as you toast to your future. A wedding cake will be provided by the talented pastry chefs at Inn On The Twenty, and a cash bar will be available for guests.

Optional Extras

If you’re looking for something a little extra for your popup wedding package, look no further! For an additional cost, you may add hors d’oeuvres, lunch or dinner at one of our award-winning restaurants, and accommodations at any of our hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
