Christmas Margarita
Ingredients:
2.5 oz Cranberry juice (for a “white” Christmas margarita, substitute for white cranberry juice)
1.5 oz Tequila of choice (we used Espolon Blanco)
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
Method:
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip in course salt.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake to combine.
- Strain over ice into rocks glass over the prepared garnish.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs.
