The Prickly Pear

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Cave Spring Icewine
2 oz Pear juice
½ oz Absolute vodka
¼ oz of Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients with ice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake until icy cold and strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a fresh pear slice and sprig of rosemary.
