White Christmas Mojito
Ingredients:
Lime mint leaves
½ oz Simple syrup
2 oz Malibu coconut rum
2 oz Coconut cream
Soda water
Pomegranate seeds
Method:
- Chill glasses with ice. Squeeze lime juice and place a handful of mint leaves into a cocktail shaker and muddle together.
- Add a cup of ice into the shaker and pour the simple syrup, coconut rum and coconut cream together and shake vigorously (the harder you shake the better for a creamy foam).
- Pour over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
