Stay refreshed and relaxed this summer with our invigorating cocktails. Among our favorites are the Lavender Lemonade and the Salted Caramel Martini. Whether you’re hosting a pool party or enjoying a getaway at The Millcroft Inn & Spa, these delightful concoctions are sure to elevate your experience. Lavender Lemonade

Unwind with a taste of summer: lavender-infused lemonade muddles with the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Ingredients:

2 oz Freshly squeezed lemon
3 oz Water
1 White sugar packet
Splash of simple syrup
Splash of sour mix
1 oz Lavender syrup

Method:

  1. Add all contents except lavender in shaker.
  2. Strain into a ice filled glass, garnish with two lemon wheels.
  3. Top with lavender syrup.

Salted Caramel Martini

Indulge in summer’s decadence with our Salted Caramel Martini – a chilled masterpiece of sweet, salty, and creamy.

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Vanilla vodka
½ oz Baileys
½ oz Caramel sauce

Method:

  1. Add alcohol and caramel in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
  3. Drizzle caramel on top, and garnish with chewy caramel candy on a skewer. 

Spicy Margarita 

Fire up your summer with our Spicy Margarita – a tangy tequila concoction with a jalapeño kick!

Ingredients:

1 oz Sauza tequila
½ oz Triple sec
3 Squirts of sour mix
3 sliced Jalapeños 
Tajin rim

Method: 

  1. Shake all ingredients in an ice filled shaker except 2 jalapeño slices.
  2. Strain into a tajin rimmed rocks glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with 2 jalapeño slices.
