- When do we discuss the final details of our function?
Once the meeting has been confirmed by Prince of Wales, you will be partnered with one of our onsite Conference Services Managers. They will outline all important deadlines and work with you closely to ensure your event is executed perfectly.
- What is the room rental cost?
At Prince of Wales, we offer a competitive complete meeting package that includes your main plenary room rental. Please contact our Meetings and Events Sales Team for rental rates.
- What size meeting rooms are available?
Prince of Wales offers a variety of meeting rooms available in our elegant conference and banquet spaces. We can make your meeting virtually effortless with boardrooms that fit up to 8 attendees, small meetings rooms for up to 44 attendees, or our largest and grandest space, the Royal Cambridge Ballroom which can host up to 230 attendees. - Do I have to leave a deposit to book a function room?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to confirm your event at Prince of Wales.
- Can we put a room on hold until we make a decision?
The only way to reserve your event with Prince of Wales is with a signed agreement.
- Who will be the contact from the Hotel on the day of our Corporate event?
You will be paired with a dedicated Conference Services Manager. Your Conference Services Manager and our conference operations team will be onsite during your event to ensure that it is executed flawlessly.
- What alternative meals do you provide for people with allergies or for vegetarians?
Our chefs at Prince of Wales are pleased to accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. Many of our menus offer selections for common dietary restrictions. Separate meals can be created upon request.
- Do you allow outside catering on premises?
The amazing culinary team at Prince of Wales is happy to provide all catering on our premises. To ensure all food provided in our event spaces are to Prince of Wales standards, we do not allow outside catering.
- Where can corporate attendees stay during an event?
We are pleased to provide overnight accommodations onsite at Prince of Wales at a discounted corporate rate.
- What amenities are onsite for attendees?
During their free time, your attendees can enjoy many of Prince of Wales’s latest business amenities. Enjoy a delicious meal at the Churchill Lounge or Noble Restaurant. Guests can unwind from a day of meetings at the Secret Garden Spa or Indoor Saltwater Swimming Pool. - Is there a discounted Corporate Room Rate?
We are pleased to offer a reduced corporate rate for your meeting and event attendees when you choose Prince of Wales to host your event.
- What are the parking arrangements?
Onsite parking at Prince of Wales is complimentary for your event attendees. Parking can be accessed from King Street.
- Do you have a business services area?
Business services are available onsite, at Prince of Wales.
- Do you offer team building or other activities?
Explore everything that Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer by discovering local shops and wineries. Niagara on the Lake offers a range of activities in all seasons. Enjoy skating in The Gardens at Pillar & Post or test your golf swing at many of the immaculate golf courses near Prince of Wales.
Our partner, Summit Team Building, offers one-of-a-kind team-building experiences that will infuse positive energy into your event and take full advantage of the spectacular indoor and outdoor settings at Prince of Wales.
For after-hours socializing, we have an onsite pub, the Churchill Lounge. We also provide off-site catering and services for winery events at The Hare Wine Co or choose from our award-winning wine list, curated by the renowned sommelier, Fred Gamula.
