Dogs must be leashed in public areas and put in a crate when unattended in rooms. Please ensure your dog is well-behaved, with no excessive barking, and clean up after them. Dogs are not allowed in the lounge, restaurant, spa, or health club. Service dogs are exempt from these restrictions.

At Prince of Wales, we aim to provide flexibility for our guests, but we do have a cancellation policy in place. For leisure bookings, cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of one night’s room rate and tax, along with any non-refundable charges related to special offers or promotions.

For reservations tied to a contracted group block, cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in a penalty charge equal to the full cost of the stay.
