Discover this heavenly pairing that is sure to excite your taste buds. With the help of Maître Fromagere Afrim Pristine, from Cheeseboutique, you’ll enjoy three curated unique and flavorful Canadian cheeses that complement Château des Charmes’ sparkling wines to perfection. As you sip your wines, a wine associate will educate you on the sparkling methods used along with some history of the winery. And if sparkling wine is not your first choice you can substitute a red or white wine flight.
Bella Terra Vineyards:
Join us at Bella Terra Vineyards for a sparkling wine tasting experience that lets you enjoy three award winning wines while learning about two different winemaking techniques: Cuve Close and Méthode Champenoise. This fun and educational guided tasting is complemented by our famous “Jar-cuteries,” featuring delectable pairings that elevate each sip. Perfect for wine enthusiasts and newcomers alike. If you are not a fan of bubbles, our staff is happy to accommodate you with a tasting of our refreshing white and bold red wines.
