Cave Spring Vineyard
At Cave Spring Vineyard you’ll be greeted with their Blanc de Blancs to set the mood for the tasting flight to follow. Sample their Riesling Brut paired with a dry Riesling-infused soppressata, their Brut Dolomite alongside a cheddar cheese crostini, and their Rose Brut accompanied by a dark chocolate shortbread. To finish off the experience, Icewine is poured into the remaining Riesling Brut to create a sparkling cocktail that is paired with a blue cheese shortbread. (Advance reservations are required, please email tastingroom@cavespring.ca along with the date, time and number of people arriving for the tasting.)
Jordan House Tavern
Once a roadhouse, Jordan House Tavern now welcomes visitors with unique architectural details and a warm atmosphere that makes this tavern a local favourite. Your tasting experience includes a flight of three 4oz draught pours accompanied by a mini poutine of the day. From Collective Arts’ Hazy State Session IPA to Kame & Kettle Beer Works’ Schwarzbier Dark Stout to Oast House’s Barnraiser Country Ale you’re sure to find a new brew favourite. (Guests will be provided with a voucher to present upon arrival at the Tavern. No advance reservation is required.)
Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery
When you visit Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery you’ll discover the unique blend that is the Staff family’s 125 years of grape growing experience paired with Sue-Ann’s internationally acclaimed winemaking. Here you’ll enjoy a selection of their wildly popular Fancy Farm Girl Flirty Bubbles served with a mini scone, strawberry jam, and whipping cream.
