Silversmith Brewery
Best known for their multi-award winning The Black Lager, Silversmith Brewing Company’s brewpub is located in a 130-year-old Church building in Virgil, Ontario, just on the edge of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Their passionate and knowledgeable staff will be on hand providing an experience like no other, where trolley guests can sample a 16 oz pour of their choosing served with a pretzel, house-made Black Lager mustard, and aerated Helles cheese sauce.
Limited Distillery
Limited Distillery produces small batches of award-winning Vodka, Gin, Jalapeño Moonshine, White Rye, and more, placing an emphasis on exploring a variety of products while embracing the uniqueness and characteristics of each batch. Their small spirit runs allow them to explore the use of different ingredients, both locally and from around the world. They look forward to sharing their exciting variety of spirit creations with you. Trolley guests will enjoy three Mini Seasonal Cocktails paired with artisan snacks plus one 0.3 oz Spirit Sample.
Spirit in Niagara Distillery
Spirit in Niagara Distillery creates small batch fruit spirits using the freshly fallen fruit collected on their farms. Their flavours focus on peaches, nectarines, yellow plums, blue plums, pears, apricots and cherries–the 7 major fruits in the Niagara Region. Their luscious SiN spirits include Gin, Vodka, Eau de Vie, Whisky, Canadian Brrrbon, and Sweet Vermouth. During this stop, guests will enjoy three 0.5 oz Spirit Samples paired with salmon or beef crostini.
The Exchange Brewery
The Exchange Brewery is a premium brewery and tasting room located in Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Old Town heritage district. With brewing and agricultural roots that stretch back to the late 1700s, Niagara-on-the-Lake is the perfect home for The Exchange’s approach to brewing, which blends traditional and modern techniques and equipment where they focus on making exceptional craft beers using only the highest quality ingredients, including local Niagara fruits. Their selection includes a range of American styles along with sour and funky Belgian-style beers and ales. The tour ends with guests enjoying three 4 oz Beer Samples alongside Oddbar Flatbreads.
