For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a physical valid government or state-issued photo identification to accompany your physical credit card. (Digital credit cards and digital identification will not be accepted.)
Early Arrival/Late Checkout
Our previous guests do not have to vacate their rooms until 11:00 a.m. We must then have enough time to properly clean and prepare the room for your arrival.
Due to our high occupancy, we are unfortunately not able to guarantee early check in or late check out.
Should you arrive early, we can gladly provide information on local activities, or welcome you in our Lounges and Restaurants.
Rates
All rates are based on the number of registered guests in the room and are confirmed in Canadian currency. They do not include tax or resort fee.
Currently, the applicable HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is 13%.
Specific to our Niagara-on-the-Lake properties, is a Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) applied to your guestroom charge. 3% in 2024; 4% in 2025. The MAT is provincially legislated, and also subject to Federal HST and as such we do not have legal authority to remove it from your bill. Commencing April 1st, 2024, The Town of Lincoln will have a Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) applied to our Jordan Village properties, with a guestroom charge of 4%.
Additional guests may stay in specific room categories with advance notice. An additional charge of $50.00 per adult, plus any applicable package charges will apply. These charges will be explained and reviewed with you by one of our Luxury Travel Advisors when you are making your reservation.
A maximum number of guests are permitted in each room category.
At our Inn On The Twenty and Jordan Hotel properties, Saturday night stays may require a minimum two-night stay.
Reservation Guarantee/Credit Card Authorization Policy
A credit card is required at time of reservation in order to guarantee your reservation. It will also need to be presented to the Front Desk at check in so it can be pre-authorized.
We will pre-authorize an amount equal to the total cost of your stay, plus an additional $150.00 per day as a deposit and to allow you to sign additional services or meals to your room.
This authorization is released by the Hotel on the day of departure, but may not be released by your financial institution for 3-5 business days. Please reach out to your financial institution if you have any questions about this as we are unable to do so on your behalf.
At check out, we accept payment in cash; debit card or Vintage Hotels Gift Cards, as well as the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
We do not accept payments via e-transfer.
Cancellation Policy
While we don’t want you to have to cancel, we do understand that sometimes things change and it is necessary.
Leisure Reservations:
Cancellations received within 3 days of arrival for leisure reservations are subject to a penalty charge of one night’s room and tax, and if applicable any non-refundable charges that may have applied to a special packages or promotion you had reserved.
Reservations attached to a Contracted Group Block: Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival for a reservation attached to a contracted group block is subject to a penalty charge equal to the full cost of the stay.
Inn On The Twenty and Jordan House Deposit Policy
Because we are a small Inn, we do require a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax to be paid at time of reservation. We will charge this to the credit card you provided.
Inn On The Twenty and Jordan House Cancellation Policy
While we don’t want you to have to cancel, we do understand that sometimes things change and it is necessary.
Leisure Reservations: Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival for leisure reservations are subject to a penalty charge of one night’s room and tax, and if applicable any non-refundable charges that may have applied to a special packages or promotion you had reserved.
Reservations attached to a Contracted Group Block: Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival for group associated reservation is subject to a penalty charge equal to the full cost of the stay.
Dining Reservations
Dining and Spa reservations are not automatically made for you, even if you are reserved on an accommodation package that includes meals.
They are required in advance as seating and services are limited, especially over holiday periods.
We recommend that you make them at the same time you make your room reservation, or as early as possible. To view our Menus, please click here.
Dinner reservations can be made through OpenTable by clicking here or you can call 1-888-669-5566 and select option 3 and then select the Hotel you are looking for.
Spa Reservations
Spa reservations for overnight Hotel guests can be made by calling 1-888-669-5566.
We recommend that you reserve them as soon as possible as spa services are in high demand.
Please press 2 and then selecting the Spa you wish to visit. You will be connected with a Luxury Spa Advisor who will be able to help you. We are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Spa Day Guest Appointments
For the 100 Fountain Spa located at the Pillar and Post Hotel, and the Millcroft Centre for Well Being, located at the Millcroft Inn, appointments for Day Spa Guests are available to book Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays and December 24 to 31.
For weekends and Holiday periods, appointments are offered to overnight Hotel guests first.
However, if there are appointments still available they will open for Spa Day Guests to reserve two weeks in advance.
Spa Day Guest Use of Facilities
For Spa Day Guests of the 100 Fountain Spa located at the Pillar and Post Hotel, who have a treatment reserved may enjoy use of the facilities for the entire day.
For Spa Day Guests of the Millcroft Centre for Well Being at the Millcroft Inn and Spa, who have a treatment reserved may enjoy use of the facilities for the entire day.
Spa Day Passes for 100 Fountain Spa Located at the Pillar & Post Hotel
You can inquire about availability of a Day Pass on the day of (they cannot be reserved in advance.) Please call the Spa directly at 905-468-0515 to inquire.
Enjoy access to our indoor pool, jacuzzi, dry saunas, and the outdoor pool for $75.00 per person plus taxes
Guests will receive a locker in the upstairs changeroom and a robe. Guests need to bring their own sandals.
Access to the Hot Spring is offered to hotel guests first, but day pass guests can check the availability and book upon arrival.
Spa Day Passes for The Millcroft Centre for Well Being located at the Millcroft Inn & Spa

Enjoy access to our indoor pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room and the outdoor pool, outdoor hot pools and polar plunge pool for $75.00 per person plus taxes.

Resort Fee
A resort fee of $19.95 per day plus tax will be applied to your reservation. This fee allows us to enhance your experience by bundling in the following services:
- Valet parking
- On-site parking
- Wifi
- Shuttle service to and from our sister properties, and within the Old Town
- Use of our fitness centre and swimming pools and facilities
- IVY, our virtual concierge service
- Electric car charging stations
- Resort activities such as The Gardens, walking/hiking trails, access to our outdoor ice rink in the winter season and other amenities and activities that may vary across properties.

A Smoke Free Environment
Our Hotels adhere to a pure, smoke-free environment. All guestrooms, public areas and conference rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $500.00 will be added to your bill for smoking cigarettes, cannabis and vaping e-cigarettes in your guestroom.
Dog-friendly Accommodations
Our dog friendly rooms are limited at each hotel and must be secured in advance. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require dog-friendly accommodations. Guests who arrive with a dog without having confirmed a dog-friendly room will be asked to find alternative accommodation for their dog during their stay.
We understand how you love your dog and how they are a part of your family, however, please appreciate that not everyone else will share that understanding. While we are happy to have your well behaved dog visit our hotel, we must ensure that they do not affect the experience of our other guests in a negative way.
You are responsible for controlling the behaviour of your dog. You know your dog best, and you must consider that they may be uncomfortable in a strange place, causing them to become agitated and act out of character.
We do not accept any other pets (cats, birds, etc.) due to allergy issues.
A fee of $35 plus tax per dog, will apply. We restrict occupancy to a Maximum 2 dogs per room.
Guests in our dog-friendly guestrooms must comply to additional ‘petiquette’:
- Dogs that constitute a nuisance to other guests of the hotel by barking or howling will subject their owner to financial compensation up to and including the cost of another guest’s stay, should the Hotel have to offer that service recovery.
- You must advise the Front Desk and provide a contact number if you are leaving your dog in the room unattended.
- Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the room.
- If your dog is loose in the room, you must have a ‘Privacy Please’ sign on the door, in which case your room will not be serviced. We will not be responsible for your dog getting loose if you do not place the ‘Privacy Please’ sign outside your door.
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times while outside of the guestroom.
- Per health regulations, dogs are not permitted in the lounge, restaurant, spa or health club.
- You must immediately pick up after your dog.
- Service dogs with proper certification are exempt from these restrictions. Please ensure your Service Dog is wearing their service vest or harness.
